El peor que sufr\u00ed fue durante la tormenta de hielo de 2013, que dej\u00f3 sin electricidad a muchas ciudades alrededor del lago Ontario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero hay lugares en el mundo donde los apagones son habituales. India, Myanmar, Sud\u00e1frica y Ucrania, debido a la guerra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dmytro Panin vive en Kiev y por eso ha creado un registrador de apagones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan \u00e9l, el gobierno ucraniano introdujo apagones para estabilizar la red hace aproximadamente un mes.
