Sin embargo, \"B\" es el modelo principal de la 4\u00aa generaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed es. No vas a encontrar una Raspberry Pi 4 A. Simplemente no est\u00e1 por aqu\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed que voy a llamarlo simplemente \"Raspberry Pi 4\" a lo largo de este art\u00edculo, pero el nombre oficial es Raspberry Pi 4 Modelo B.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Empecemos por el principio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Raspberry Pi 4 se lanz\u00f3 inicialmente el 24 de junio de 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fue sustituida el 28 de mayo de 2020 por la versi\u00f3n 1.4 y posteriormente por la versi\u00f3n 1.5. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.raspberrypi.com\/news\/bullseye-bonus-1-8ghz-raspberry-pi-4\/\">Las mayores actualizaciones fueron la inclusi\u00f3n de 8 GB de RAM y una velocidad de reloj de 1,8 GHz en lugar de 1,5 GHz.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/picockpit.com\/raspberry-pi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/Raspberry-Pi-4-August-2023-edited.png\" alt=\"Raspberry Pi 4\" class=\"wp-image-4874\" style=\"width:468px;height:351px\" width=\"468\" height=\"351\" srcset=\"https:\/\/picockpit.com\/raspberry-pi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/Raspberry-Pi-4-August-2023-edited.png 900w, https:\/\/picockpit.com\/raspberry-pi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/Raspberry-Pi-4-August-2023-edited-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/picockpit.com\/raspberry-pi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/Raspberry-Pi-4-August-2023-edited-768x576.png 768w, https:\/\/picockpit.com\/raspberry-pi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/Raspberry-Pi-4-August-2023-edited-16x12.png 16w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 468px) 100vw, 468px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 2 de noviembre de 2020 sali\u00f3 a la venta la Raspberry Pi 400.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed que hoy en d\u00eda, hay realmente dos ordenadores dentro de la familia Raspberry Pi 4: el 4 Modelo B y el 400.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este art\u00edculo, quiero centrarme principalmente en la Raspberry Pi 4 y dejar\u00e9 la Raspberry Pi 400 para otro art\u00edculo completo (aunque muchas de las especificaciones a continuaci\u00f3n se aplican tambi\u00e9n a la 400). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras tanto, puede consultar nuestro art\u00edculo sobre 23 datos acerca de los 400:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/picockpit.com\/raspberry-pi\/23-fun-raspberry-pi-400-facts\/\">23 datos curiosos sobre la Raspberry Pi 400<\/a>!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo primero es lo primero, pasemos a las especificaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Especificaciones de la Raspberry Pi 4<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La Raspberry Pi 4, una mejora significativa respecto a sus predecesoras, ha revolucionado el mercado de los ordenadores monoplaca. De hecho, es aproximadamente tres veces m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida que su predecesora, la Raspberry Pi 3B+.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El cambio m\u00e1s notable es la inclusi\u00f3n de un <a href=\"https:\/\/magpi.raspberrypi.com\/articles\/raspberry-pi-4-specs-benchmarks\">potente actualizaci\u00f3n de CPU<\/a>La Pi 4 utiliza el chip Broadcom BCM2711, con cuatro n\u00facleos ARM Cortex-A72 (ARM v8) de 64 bits System on a Chip (SoC). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este sustancial aumento del rendimiento triplica la velocidad de su predecesora inmediata, la Raspberry Pi 3B+, y permite una mejor multitarea y mayores cargas de c\u00e1lculo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el SoC Raspberry Pi 4B tiene nodos de proceso m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os -28 nan\u00f3metros- en comparaci\u00f3n con los modelos anteriores, que ten\u00edan nodos de proceso de 40 nan\u00f3metros. Con esta diferencia, la 4B puede tener un dise\u00f1o de chip m\u00e1s complejo y m\u00e1s transistores en la misma \u00e1rea f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" hcb-fetch-image-from=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=qjWNC4zqfA8\" title=\"Nada m\u00e1s bonito que una Raspberry Pi 4\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/qjWNC4zqfA8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Con un tiempo de arranque y una capacidad de respuesta general m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidos, la Pi 4 presenta mejoras en su subsistema de memoria. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su lanzamiento, ven\u00eda en tres configuraciones de RAM: 1 GB, 2 GB Y 4 GB. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1s tarde, Raspberry Pi Ltd lanz\u00f3 una cuarta configuraci\u00f3n: la Pi 4 con 8 GB, ampliando significativamente la gama de aplicaciones que puede manejar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a la arquitectura ARM de la Raspberry Pi 4, cuenta con cuatro n\u00facleos y Vector Floating-Point versi\u00f3n 4 (VFPv4).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perm\u00edtanme tocar brevemente algunos de los aspectos m\u00e1s mundanos. Al igual que con los modelos anteriores, la Raspberry Pi 4 tambi\u00e9n arranca desde una tarjeta microSD. Algo nuevo es que su fuente de alimentaci\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar es USB-C en lugar de Micro USB (aunque, por supuesto, tambi\u00e9n podr\u00edas alimentarla a trav\u00e9s del PoE HAT). Requiere una fuente de alimentaci\u00f3n de 5 voltios que consume una corriente m\u00e1xima de 3 amperios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El consumo total es, por tanto, de 5 V x 3 A = 15 vatios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En lo que respecta a la pantalla, la Raspberry Pi 4 incorpora una serie de novedades. La Pi 4 introduce puertos micro HDMI duales, compatibles con hasta dos pantallas 4K Ultra HD simult\u00e1neamente, con una frecuencia de refresco de 60 fotogramas por segundo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para multimedia, dispone de H.265 (descodificaci\u00f3n 4Kp60) y H.264 (descodificaci\u00f3n 1080p60 y codificaci\u00f3n 1080p30) con gr\u00e1ficos OpenGL ES 3.0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/picockpit.com\/raspberry-pi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/rpi41-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"vista superior\" class=\"wp-image-5181\" style=\"width:487px;height:365px\" width=\"487\" height=\"365\" srcset=\"https:\/\/picockpit.com\/raspberry-pi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/rpi41-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/picockpit.com\/raspberry-pi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/rpi41-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/picockpit.com\/raspberry-pi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/rpi41-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/picockpit.com\/raspberry-pi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/rpi41-16x12.jpg 16w, https:\/\/picockpit.com\/raspberry-pi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/rpi41.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 487px) 100vw, 487px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al igual que los modelos anteriores, viene con 40 pines GPIO y sigue funcionando a 3V3. Los 28 pines GPIO accesibles por el usuario soportan varias opciones de interfaz: SPI, I2C, PWM, UART, SDIO, DPI, PCM y GPCLK. Lo bueno es que el chip BCM2711 viene con algunas funciones de interfaz adicionales respecto a los chips anteriores: dos puertos I2C m\u00e1s, cuatro nuevos puertos UART y ahora se puede utilizar PWM junto con la reproducci\u00f3n de audio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Debo mencionar, antes de continuar, que dos pines GPIO - 27 y 28 - est\u00e1n reservados para la EEPROM HAT ID. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 27 sirve como ID_SD y el 28 como ID_SC, y responden al arranque de la Raspberry Pi buscando una EEPROM. Lo que significa que a pesar de la escasez del a\u00f1o pasado debido a la pandemia, <a href=\"https:\/\/picockpit.com\/raspberry-pi\/raspberry-pi-dispatch-have-the-million-unit-months-begun\/\">Raspberry Pi vuelve a la carga<\/a> y la Pi 4 ser\u00e1 sin duda un modelo disponible durante los pr\u00f3ximos tres a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EDITAR (29 de septiembre de 2023)<\/strong>: En los comentarios sobre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.raspberrypi.com\/news\/introducing-raspberry-pi-5\/\">este<\/a> hilo, Liz Upton dice que no van a descontinuar la Pi 4 hasta <em>como m\u00ednimo<\/em> la d\u00e9cada de 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conectividad<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La Raspberry Pi 4 ofrece WiFi, Bluetooth y Gigabit Ethernet. Y merece la pena repasarlas una a una.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En primer lugar, el chip WiFi de la Raspberry Pi 4 es un Cypress CYW43455, el mismo que el de la Pi 3B+. Ejecuta WiFi de doble banda tanto a 2,4 como a 5 GHz y soporta m\u00faltiples est\u00e1ndares WiFi: IEEE 802.11 b\/g\/n\/ac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a Bluetooth, la Raspberry Pi 4 funciona tanto con Bluetooth 5 como con Bluetooth Low Energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y, por \u00faltimo, soporta Gigabit Ethernet real, conectado directamente al SoC. Con \"verdadera\" me refiero a que la conexi\u00f3n no se realiza a trav\u00e9s de USB, como ocurr\u00eda con los modelos anteriores. Se puede separar el ancho de banda entre Ethernet y USB. Y los paquetes Ethernet no necesitan transformarse en paquetes USB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed, la Pi 4 tiene aproximadamente tres veces m\u00e1s ancho de banda Ethernet que la 3B+, con una velocidad de transferencia de 1 gigabit por segundo (1000 megabits por segundo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como he mencionado anteriormente, tambi\u00e9n puede utilizar el PoE HAT como fuente de alimentaci\u00f3n para la Raspberry Pi 4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Puertos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aparte de los puertos HDMI y el puerto de alimentaci\u00f3n USB-C, tambi\u00e9n hay un conector AV, en el que puedes conectar auriculares o un altavoz. Estos son los cuatro puertos peque\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n viene con un puerto Display Serial Interface y un puerto Camera Serial Interface, que son puertos horizontales largos en la parte superior de la Pi para conectar cables planos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero la Pi 4 tiene 5 grandes puertos que le dan esa forma distintiva: los puertos USB y Ethernet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los entusiastas de Raspberry Pi notar\u00e1n r\u00e1pidamente que para la Raspberry Pi 4, la compa\u00f1\u00eda decidi\u00f3 cambiar los puertos USB y Ethernet. Con USB 3.0, en cambio, hay una velocidad de transferencia de datos de 5 <em>gigabits<\/em> por segundo y los datos pueden fluir en ambas direcciones simult\u00e1neamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Overclocking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El Raspberry Pi 4 es el microprocesador m\u00e1s potente de la familia Raspberry Pi, por supuesto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, si quieres que sea a\u00fan m\u00e1s <em>m\u00e1s<\/em> potente, es posible que desee buscar en overclocking ella. Altos precios, revendedores no autorizados y un caos total reinaban en la comunidad Raspberry Pi. Fue una locura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por suerte, aunque es material de leyenda, tambi\u00e9n es ya cosa del pasado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy en d\u00eda, las Raspberry Pis vuelven a ser f\u00e1ciles de conseguir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y, como tales, los precios se han estabilizado en su mayor parte. Sin embargo, en el momento de escribir este art\u00edculo, a\u00fan no han alcanzado los precios anteriores a la pandemia.
