La pire que j'ai connue a \u00e9t\u00e9 la temp\u00eate de verglas de 2013, qui a entra\u00een\u00e9 la fermeture de nombreuses villes autour du lac Ontario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais il y a des endroits dans le monde o\u00f9 les coupures d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 sont r\u00e9guli\u00e8res. L'Inde, le Myanmar, l'Afrique du Sud et l'Ukraine, en raison de la guerre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dmytro Panin vit \u00e0 Kiev et a donc cr\u00e9\u00e9 un Blackout Logger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon lui, le gouvernement ukrainien a mis en place des coupures d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 pour stabiliser le r\u00e9seau il y a environ un mois. Il a \u00e9galement d\u00e9clar\u00e9,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\"Lorsque je rentre chez moi ou que je me r\u00e9veille et qu'il n'y a pas d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, je ne sais pas pendant combien de temps il n'y en a pas eu, et il est donc difficile de pr\u00e9voir quand il y en aura. Inversement, lorsqu'il y a de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, je ne sais pas quand il y aura une coupure de courant si je ne suis pas l'heure. Pour pouvoir faire des plans \u00e0 court terme, j'ai con\u00e7u ce dispositif.
