Figuurlijk en letterlijk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zoals ik al eerder heb uitgelegd, ben ik een beetje een case nerd als het gaat om single board computers. Hoewel ik veel offici\u00eble Raspberry Pi behuizingen heb gebruikt, zijn mijn favoriete behuizingen eigenlijk <a href=\"https:\/\/buyzero.de\/products\/flirc-gehause-fur-raspberry-pi-4\">de Argon ONE koffer<\/a> en <a href=\"https:\/\/buyzero.de\/products\/flirc-gehause-fur-raspberry-pi-4\">de FLIRC-zaak<\/a> voor Raspberry Pi 4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ik ben benieuwd waar bedrijven van derden mee gaan komen. Als de Argon ONE case echt de functionaliteit van de Raspberry Pi 4 heeft verbeterd, dan sta ik te popelen om te zien wat ze met de Raspberry Pi 5 gaan doen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze keer lijkt het er echter op dat Raspberry Pi echt verder is gegaan met hun nieuwe behuizing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.raspberrypi.com\/news\/designing-the-perfect-case-and-cooling-for-raspberry-pi-5\/\">Ongeveer een week geleden<\/a>Raspberry Pi Ltd. heeft een video uitgebracht - een discussie tussen Eben Upton, John Cowan-Hughes en Gordon Hollingworth. In de discussie bespreken ze de details en overwegingen die aan het ontwerp ten grondslag lagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dus ik dacht dat het de moeite waard zou zijn om in een aantal van hun punten te duiken. Wat ik hier wil doen is je aandacht vestigen op 4 van de belangrijkste punten uit de discussie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Natuurlijk is het gesprek in zijn geheel het bekijken waard en je kunt de video hier bekijken:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" hcb-fetch-image-from=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=YgtdYf3qegA&amp;t=1805s\" title=\"Een behuizing en koeling op maat ontwerpen voor Raspberry Pi 5\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/YgtdYf3qegA?start=1805&#038;feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toegegeven, ik heb nog geen offici\u00eble behuizing in handen gekregen, maar het lijkt erop dat Raspberry Pi Ltd. goed naar de community heeft geluisterd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hier zijn 4 feiten over de Raspberry Pi 5 behuizing!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#1: Je kunt HAT's boven de ventilator monteren. En de PoE+ HAT past erin.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Een van de opvallende kenmerken van de nieuwe behuizing is de mogelijkheid om HAT's (Hardware Attached on Top) boven de ventilator te monteren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voor het geval je geen HAT-gek bent: HAT's zijn in wezen uitbreidingen die de mogelijkheden van Raspberry Pi-boards uitbreiden. En de mogelijkheid om HAT's boven de ventilator op de behuizing te monteren onderscheidt hem van zijn voorgangers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In vergelijking met vorige modellen kun je je Pi 5 nu wel omhuld houden terwijl je een HAT gebruikt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dit betekent dat HAT's geen koeloplossingen voor de Pi in de weg zitten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maar terwijl sommige of de meeste HAT's bovenop worden gemonteerd, is er \u00e9\u00e9n duidelijke uitzondering op de regel: namelijk de PoE+ HAT. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.raspberrypi.com\/news\/designing-the-poe-hat-for-raspberry-pi-5-compact-efficient-power-and-networking\/\">De PoE+ HAT voor Raspberry Pi 5 past in de behuizing<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eerdere PoE+ HAT's hadden een ingebouwde ventilator. In plaats daarvan heeft hij een veel compactere L-vorm. Hij past dus in de offici\u00eble behuizing, samen met de ventilator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En bovendien kun je er het volgende in kwijt <a href=\"https:\/\/picockpit.com\/raspberry-pi\/raspberry-pi-5-has-a-real-time-clock-so-what\/\">de RTC-batterij<\/a> ook binnen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#2: Ze zijn stapelbaar!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Als je gewend bent geraakt aan de vorige behuizingen, dan is waarschijnlijk een van de eerste dingen die je opvalt aan de Raspberry Pi 5 behuizing de ventilatieopeningen aan de onderkant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"615\" height=\"542\" src=\"https:\/\/picockpit.com\/raspberry-pi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-67.png\" alt=\"Raspberry Pi 5 behuizing\" class=\"wp-image-5781\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.1346863468634687;width:372px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/picockpit.com\/raspberry-pi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-67.png 615w, https:\/\/picockpit.com\/raspberry-pi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-67-300x264.png 300w, https:\/\/picockpit.com\/raspberry-pi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-67-14x12.png 14w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 615px) 100vw, 615px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dit is niet alleen veel beter voor de ventilatie dan eerdere varianten. Het is ook belangrijk voor een van mijn favoriete nieuwe functies: ze zijn stapelbaar!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het enige wat je hoeft te doen is het bovenste stuk verwijderen zodat ze gelijk liggen met elkaar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De stapelbare aard van de nieuwe behuizing is geweldig als je van plan bent om te bouwen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.raspberrypi.com\/tutorials\/cluster-raspberry-pi-tutorial\/\">Pi-clusters<\/a>bijvoorbeeld. Je hoeft geen specifieke <a href=\"https:\/\/buyzero.de\/products\/makercase-tower-8xacryl-platte-mit-abstandhalter-joy-it?_pos=2&amp;_sid=d2c63d894&amp;_ss=r\">clustergeval<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In plaats daarvan kun je gewoon een aantal offici\u00eble koffers op elkaar stapelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#3: De Active Cooler past er ook in.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De Active Cooler dient als alternatief voor de ventilator. Als je de Active Cooler wilt in plaats van de ventilator, dan heb ik goed nieuws. Inderdaad, 50.000 uur komt overeen met ruwweg 5,7 jaar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En, zoals Eben Upton benadrukt, dat zijn 50.000 uren <em>bruikbaar<\/em>.
