These Terms of Service govern your use of the www.picockpit.com website (“Site”) operated by pi3g GmbH & Co. KG (“pi3g”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These Terms of Service also apply to any use of the PiCockpit Client and the PiCockpit service more generally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The official Terms of Service are written and presented in English. We are not liable for errors in translation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Agreement to Terms<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    By using the service provided at the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service together with any applicable order form constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between pi3g and you regarding the service, and these Terms of Service supersede and replace any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between pi3g and you regarding the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Modification<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time, in our sole discretion. It is important that you review the Terms of Service whenever we modify them because if you continue to use the service after we have posted modified Terms of Service on the Site, you are indicating to us that you agree to be bound by the modified Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by the modified Terms of Service, then you may not use our service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Ability to Accept Terms<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        The Site is intended for individuals aged thirteen (13) years or older. You must be 13 years or older to use the service. Only human beings may use the service, which you can only use if you create an account (“Account”). We don\u2019t allow for bots or other automation tools to register Accounts, and registering an Account this way is prohibited. You must provide the information we need to complete your registration for an Account, including your name, a valid email address, and any other information we ask for during the registration process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Use of Content<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Content on the Site is provided to you for your information and personal use only and may not be used, modified, copied, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, de-compiled, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without our prior written consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Intellectual Property Rights<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            All content on the Site, including the text, documents, articles, brochures, descriptions, products, software, graphics, photos, sounds, videos, interactive features, and services, are the property of pi3g and\/or its licensors and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. PiCockpit is protected by copyright. All rights reserved. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of PiCockpit or its components is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            1. Payment<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              The payment for a paid plan (PiCockpit Pro & PiCockpit Pro Plus) occurs via online payment systems operated by third parties, such as Stripe, which we may utilize for payment processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              1. Limitation of Liability<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                To the fullest extent permissible by law, pi3g shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, exemplary, special, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or reputation, arising under these Terms of Service or out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                1. Warranty<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  PiCockpit is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security breaches or attacks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  1. Refunds<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    We offer refunds within 30 days of the initial purchase of a PiCockpit Pro or a PiCockpit Pro Plus payment plan. To request a refund, please contact us at info@picockpit.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    1. Pricing Policy<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                      Current pricing is available via https:\/\/picockpit.com\/raspberry-pi\/picockpit-pricing\/<\/a>. We reserve the right to adjust the price with one month of prior notice to existing users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      1. Cancellation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                        Users can cancel their accounts at any time. Upon cancellation, their data will be deleted from our systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        However, after the 30-day period after initial purchase, any cancellation will not result in a refund, including of the current payment period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        1. General<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                          Pi3g reserves the right to discontinue or modify any aspect of the PiCockpit service at any time, including the site, the client, and any other element of PiCockpit. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Service, which shall remain in full force and effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
